Anu Sachdeva is a seasoned business head in financial services, recognized for driving enterprise value through agentic AI and process transformation. They have held significant roles at GE Capital, where they contributed to delinquency reduction, and at Genpact, where they managed large global financial accounts and achieved notable revenue growth. Anu has led initiatives that resulted in multi-million-dollar savings and was responsible for developing innovative offerings in customer experience. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science and further studies in Design Thinking at Stanford University, alongside their ongoing engagement in Harvard Business School's Leadership Program.
