Arjun Chandran is a Senior Manager and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt currently working with Genpact, focusing on training and quality management. Previously, they served as a Team Lead at Cognizant and a Group Leader at Wipro Limited, where they oversaw digital operations. Arjun also has experience as a Training Team Lead at Genpact, where they managed new hires and client interactions. They earned a BTech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Progressive Engineering College.
