Avik De is currently the Assistant Vice President of Lean Digital Transformation at Genpact, bringing over 23 years of diverse experience in driving operational excellence. Avik is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, skilled in end-to-end project management, change advocacy, and performance measurement. Previously, Avik held roles including Financial Analyst at Hewlett-Packard and EMC, and Senior Analyst at Accenture. Avik earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Bangalore University and completed a General Management program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
