Balaji V is currently the Senior Vice President at Genpact, bringing over 25 years of experience as an accounting professional, including more than 20 years in the outsourcing industry. Balaji has expertise in managing large engagements across all areas of finance and accounting, encompassing Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Financial Planning & Analysis. Balaji has held various managerial roles at companies such as GE Capital and Hewlett Packard, and served as Managing Director at Accenture. They are Six Sigma trained and certified, with specialties in BPO, project management, and global team management. Balaji earned a B.Com in Accountancy from Osmania University and a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
