Barbara Pason

Barbara Pason is an experienced HR Business Partner with a background in various human resources roles spanning multiple organizations. Currently, at Genpact since 2020, they drive HR initiatives and support business needs by partnering with managers on employee relations and policy development. Previously, Barbara has held positions at BAE Systems as an HR Administrator, Bidroom.com as an HR Manager, and Majorel as an HR Business Partner, where they addressed complex HR issues, supported recruitment processes, and developed HR policies. Barbara graduated with a B.Sc. in International Tourism from Katowice School of Economics and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources from the University of Strathclyde.
