David Hauser, PhD, serves as the Chief Science Officer for Specialty and Complex Analytics at GENPACT since July 2007, following its acquisition of Symphony Marketing Solutions, where Hauser also held the position of Chief Analytics Officer. In addition to industry roles, Hauser contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at both the CUNY School of Professional Studies and Adelphi University, teaching courses on quantitative decision making, operations management, and business mathematics since 2009. Previous professional experience includes leadership positions at MPG, Westhill Partners, BBDO, and Newbridge Communications, focusing on brand analysis and marketing analytics. Hauser holds a PhD in Operations Research and an MBA in Management Science from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Stony Brook University.
