Dawn Watson

Dawn Watson is an accomplished operations leader currently serving at Genpact since 2023. Previously, from 2018 to 2023, they held the same title at GE Healthcare, where they directed operational strategies and oversaw a full range of processes across the Order to Remittance organization. Earlier in their career, Dawn worked at GE as a Senior Commercial Marketing Specialist and later as a Manager in Portfolio Services & Loss Mitigation at GE Capital, contributing significantly to marketing and operational efficiencies. Dawn also holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology, where they are currently pursuing their degree.
