Debasis Panda serves as the Vice President and Head of Analytics & AI for Life Science, Med Tech & Healthcare Analytics at Genpact since May 2016, leading the growth of the Life Science Analytics & AI practice to over $120 million, with a focus on governance across R&D, commercial analytics, and supply chain. Prior to this role, Debasis held several leadership positions, including Assistant Vice President at Accenture, where responsibilities included managing global projects in advanced analytics and AI for healthcare clients, and establishing a $15 million Predictive Health Intelligence practice. Early career experiences include roles at Mu Sigma Business Solutions as Analytics Manager and Wipro Technologies as Senior Software Engineer, focusing on delivering analytics solutions and business intelligence systems. Debasis holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
