Dominick Moore

Dominick Moore is an experienced corporate counsel who currently serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Corporate Transactions at Genpact. They have a robust background in legal practice, previously holding positions at Ferguson Enterprises and Caterpillar Inc., where they specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Dominick began their legal career at Stites & Harbison, where they represented privately held corporations and investors. They graduated from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.
