G Prashanth is currently a Senior Manager in the Lean Digital Transformation team at Genpact, where they drive Black Belt projects across various accounting towers, leveraging advanced technology to enhance client efficiencies. They previously served as an Associate Manager in Sales Enablement at Indegene, contributing to strategic initiatives and automation efforts. G Prashanth was a part of the inaugural batch of Indegene’s Career Acceleration program, completing rotations in commercial services, medical services, and growth markets. They hold an MBA in General Management from IIM Kashipur, where they were recognized in the Dare2Compete top 100 competitive leaders of 2021.
