Heramb Joshi

Heramb Joshi is currently a Lead Consultant at Genpact, where they focus on Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for new product development programs. Previously, they held roles as a CAE Analyst at ELENO Energy LLP and as a Senior CAE Engineer at Tata Technologies, working on vehicle seat analysis in compliance with ECE regulations. Heramb began their career as a CADPLM Consultant at Godrej Infotech Ltd. after completing a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at VIT University, Chennai campus, earning a CGPA of 8.75. They also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Finolex Academy of Management and Technology.
