Honu Wadhawan

Honu Wadhawan is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in financial processes across multiple organizations. At Convergys, Honu served as a Finance & Accounting Officer during the launch of a significant financial process. Subsequently, at MetLife, recognition as a Process Champion was achieved for the successful migration of 20 sub-processes and receiving the "Idea Queen" award for process improvements. As a Lead Assistant Manager at EXL, responsibilities included migrating sub-processes and reviewing procedural documentation. In current role as a Senior Manager at Genpact since September 2021, expertise in finance and accounting continues to be demonstrated. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at Continuum. Honu holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University.
