Ilinca Mates

Ilinca Mates (Ursu) is currently a Contract Manager at GENPACT, where they oversee contract maintenance and operational performance for major clients across Europe. They have previously held positions as a Senior Contract Manager and Corporate Services Category Lead at GENPACT, coordinating sourcing projects and managing teams. Before joining GENPACT, Ilinca served as Leasing Manager at Iulius Mall Cluj-Napoca, where they negotiated lease contracts and managed tenant relationships. Ilinca is currently pursuing their education at Babes-Bolyai University.
