Jatin Bhasin is a seasoned HR leader with over 21 years of experience, currently serving as Vice President and Global Lead for HR Transformation at Genpact since 2021. Prior to this role, Jatin held various positions at Genpact, including Assistant Vice President leading global HR outsourcing and consulting efforts from 2015 to 2021 and Assistant Manager in Employee Services from 2003 to 2006.
