Jeevan Kamble is a Management Consultant with over 17 years of experience specializing in Transition and Transformation Change Management, as well as Knowledge Management. They have worked with diverse sectors including Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and Banking, delivering organizational change solutions across multiple countries. Currently serving as the Director of People Advisory Services at Genpact, Jeevan has previously held significant roles at IBM, KPMG, and Deloitte, where they led change management initiatives impacting thousands of users and developed training programs in collaboration with academic institutions. Jeevan holds a BE in IT from Shivaji University and an MBA in IT from I2IT Pune.
