John Gordon

John Gordon is a Supply Chain Director with over 20 years of experience in the industry. They began their career as a Senior Supply Planner at Mars, where they managed production planning and successfully launched new supply processes. John progressed to roles such as Customer Supply Chain Manager and Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager, overseeing large teams and enhancing supply chain communication and processes. Most recently, they led projects at Mars Confectionery to implement new systems, significantly improving forecast accuracy and operational efficiency. They currently leverage their extensive experience at Genpact to provide modern supply chain solutions. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
