Jon Fletcher

Jon Fletcher is currently the Assistant Vice President at Genpact in Regulatory Affairs, bringing over 19 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and Consumer Healthcare products with a focus on CMC Post-Approval activities. They have a proven track record in establishing and leading global CMC compliance initiatives for major Healthcare Organisations and have expertise in addressing complex source transfer needs and Veeva Vault RIM solutions. Previously, Jon held various roles at Pharmalink Consulting and Genpact, culminating in positions such as Senior Manager and Regulatory Project Manager. Jon began their career as a Research Scientist at Syngenta, where they contributed to significant agronomic advancements, including the commercial launch of Europe’s first genetically modified food product. They are currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology at Kings College, University of London.
