Manu Suri

Manu Suri has over two decades of experience in financial operations and leadership roles. Beginning the career as an Operations Executive at EXL Service, Manu shifted to American Express as a Team Member in the Global Accounts Reconciliation Department, focusing on balance sheet account reconciliations and report generation. At the Royal Bank of Scotland, Manu advanced to the role of Assistant Manager, overseeing a team of twelve within Group Manufacturing Operations. Currently serving as Service Delivery Leader at GENPACT LLC, Manu leads a team of 60, managing various financial reconciliation processes, driving service delivery excellence, and implementing performance assessments, while ensuring risk mitigation and business continuity preparedness. Manu holds a B.Com (Hons) degree from the University of Delhi and received foundational education from St. Columbas School.
