Matheus Melo is a Continuous Improvement Manager with approximately 10 years of experience in national and international environments. They have held various roles, including Continuous Improvement Analyst at Comfrio and Senior Analyst at Grupo Petrópolis, where they led Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. Matheus interned at Monsanto and Bosch, gaining valuable experience in optimization and quality management.
