Moonish Sood is a seasoned business leader in the financial services sector with over two decades of leadership experience. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Banking & Capital Markets at Genpact, Moonish has managed the Financial Services business across Europe, the UK, and the APAC regions since 2021. Moonish held various leadership roles at Genpact from 2018 to 2019 and began their career at WNS Global Services as the Assistant Vice President for Pre Sales and Solutions in the Travel Practice from 1997 to 2005. Moonish is further enhancing their expertise by pursuing a degree in Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation at MIT Professional Education in 2024.
