Oana Cordea

Oana Cordea is a Vice President and Lean Digital Transformation Lead in Europe, recognized as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. They managed operations at Genpact Romania from 2009 to 2016, excelling in driving productivity improvements and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators. Prior to that, Oana led a team at UniCredit Tiriac Bank, overseeing the Bank Certifications team and resource allocation. Oana holds a master's degree in European Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București, where they also earned a university degree in Marketing Research and Statistics.
