Prashant Nair

Prashant Nair has extensive experience in operations management, particularly in the banking and healthcare sectors. At GENPACT, from February 2010 to April 2021, Prashant served as Senior Manager, overseeing operations for a leading bank, and previously held the position of Manager in Operations, managing a team focused on payment posting for US healthcare providers. Prior to that, Prashant worked as a Team Leader at MDeverywhere India Pvt Ltd. Following GENPACT, Prashant took on roles at Target as Service Centre Lead and at Genpact as Service Delivery Lead and Assistant Vice President. Prashant holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.A. Hons in Literature from Delhi University.
