Ravinder Thakran

Ravinder Thakran is currently the Assistant Vice President at Genpact, specializing in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Transformation Services since 2023. Previously, Ravinder worked at HCL Technologies from 2014 to 2017 as a Deputy Manager, where they managed P&L for the Europe region and conducted month-end reporting and budgeting. Additionally, Ravinder spent several years at Genpact from 2007 to 2014, progressing from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager, overseeing various aspects of financial planning and operational metrics. Ravinder holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune, and a Master’s in Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak.
