Rohan Manoj

Rohan Manoj graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ashoka University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Performing Arts and Entrepreneurial Leadership & Strategy. Currently a Manager in Business HR at Genpact, Rohan drives people management practices and supports new client deals while leading central initiatives. Previously, Rohan served as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Genpact, where they managed new logos and developed engagement frameworks. Additionally, Rohan has experience as a Teaching Assistant and Resident Assistant at Ashoka University, contributing to the execution of classes and community events.
