Ruxandra Ispas is an Independent Board Member and C-level executive with extensive experience across FMCG, hospitality, consulting, and building materials. Ruxandra held positions such as Project Director at Placoplatre/Isobox Henry/Plâtres Lambert from 1990 to 1997, Chief Procurement Officer at SIG plc from 2015 to 2017, and Senior VP roles at Danone from 2000 to 2011. Currently, Ruxandra serves as a Board Member at STEF and Opera for Peace, and Vice President of Global Relationship Management at Genpact. Ruxandra also participated in the Executive Committee at Elior Group from 2018 to 2022 and was the Senior Vice President of Procurement Packaging and Innovation at Diageo from 2011 to 2014.
