Shatarupa Sinha

Shatarupa (Dash) Sinha is an experienced Learning Strategist and Learning Project Manager with over 19 years in learning solution design, development, delivery, and project management. They began their career at Innodata Inc. as a Process Associate and have since held various roles, including Development Executive at NIIT Limited and Senior Consultant at ITpreneurs. Currently, as a Senior Manager at GENPACT, Shatarupa oversees the design and delivery of learning solutions for global customers, managing multiple interdisciplinary teams. Shatarupa is pursuing an MBA in E-Commerce and has achieved top honors in their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Sociology.
