Sheela Devi

Sheela Devi is currently the IT Category Manager at Genpact, where they develop and execute category strategies in alignment with business stakeholders. Prior to this role, Sheela served as an Information Technology Lead at ExxonMobil Services & Technology Private Limited from 2017 to 2021, leading sourcing activities and contract negotiations. Before ExxonMobil, they held various procurement roles at Infosys BPM and Honeywell, contributing significantly to indirect IT procurement initiatives. Sheela holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Jain (Deemed-to-be University) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Vijaya College, Bengaluru.
