Shraddha H has over 15 years of experience in resource and talent management across various organizations. Beginning as an Office Assistant at Smiles Placements, Shraddha progressed to multiple roles at Tech Mahindra Ltd., including Sr. Executive in the Resource Management Group and Assistant Manager in the Talent Management Group. Following these positions, Shraddha served as Deputy Manager in Resource Management at IGATE before taking on managerial roles at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets and later at Genpact as Sr. Manager in People Supply Chain Business Advisor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from Ravi Shankar Shukla University and a Master’s in Personnel Management from INDSEARCH, Pune University.
