Surinder Arora

Surinder Arora is the Vice President at Genpact, where they have worked since 2009, initially serving as the Assistant Vice President for Transitions and leading operations for Finance and Accounts processes. Prior to Genpact, Surinder held the position of Vice President at Aegis Limited, focusing on FAO transitions and solutions, and worked as a Global Operations Director at HCL Technologies from 2014 to 2022, overseeing service delivery for Finance and Accounts engagements. Surinder began their career at ABN AMRO Bank as part of the retail banking operations team. They earned a Chartered Accountant degree in Finance & Accounts from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completing their studies in 1998.
