Thomas La Barbera, MBA, CIPM, is currently the Infrastructure & Logistics Security Leader for the Americas at GENPACT, LLC, where they oversee corporate security across North, Central, and South America. With a strong background in security management, Thomas has managed various projects and systems, demonstrating expertise in project management, organizational change management, and corporate security. They previously held key positions at ADT Security Services, Pilot Network Services, and Control Risks, where they utilized their leadership and problem-solving skills to drive project success. Thomas earned a B.Sc. in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and an MBA in MIS & Business Management from Northcentral University.
