Skip Sasser

Skip Sasser has over 40 years of experience in the plastics solid sheet thermoforming industry, specializing in materials such as Polystyrene Foam, APET, and Polypropylene extrusion and thermoforming. Sasser's career at Genpak, which began in January 1984 and culminated in the role of Venture Manager, involved significant contributions to maintenance management, business development, and plant management. Key achievements include developing a company-wide maintenance pay for skills program and optimizing the CMMS system while assisting on major capital projects. Sasser briefly retired in May 2024, following a notable tenure at GENPAK LLC as Venture Manager from June 2022 to May 2023. Sasser holds a degree from Ferris State University.
