Rodney Varner

Rodney Varner is the current President and CEO of Genprex. Rodney has forty years of experience as an attorney, with a broad practice including securities, business, tax, real estate, oil and gas, tax, and civil litigation. Rodney has served as General Counsel to a NASDAQ traded company and founded and sold a FINRA member broker-dealer. Rodney Varner also holds Series 7, 79, 63 and 24 securities designations.

Rodney Varner has a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.
