Aurora Clark

General Mental Health Program Director at GenPsych PC

Aurora Clark has a diverse work experience in the mental health field. Aurora started their career as a Primary Therapist at Princeton House Behavioral Health - Women's Trauma Program in 2008. From 1997 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Voice Faculty at Westminster Conservatory of Music. In 2012, they became the General Mental Health Program Director at GenPsych PC, where they were responsible for directing program operations and serving as a liaison between the organization and the community. Aurora also provided individual and group therapy. In 2013, they started their own counseling service called Living with Awareness Counseling Services, LLC, where they specialized in treating trauma, grief, and various mental health needs using an integrative approach.

Aurora Clark completed their education with a Bachelor of Music (B.M.) in Voice Performance and Music Education from Westminster Choir College of Rider University in 1996. Aurora then pursued a Masters of Music in Voice Performance and Pedagogy from the same institution in 1997. Aurora furthered their studies at Rider University, obtaining a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Community Counseling from 2005 to 2008. Aurora later pursued an Educational Specialist degree in Community Counseling from Rider University in 2009. Aurora's education also includes the completion of a Voice Performance program at The Juilliard School - Pre-College Division from 1990 to 1992.
