Tammy Chen

Tammy Chen has a diverse professional background in pharmaceutical sales and human resources. Beginning as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Fresenius Kabi from March 2009 to August 2012, Tammy achieved a sales goal of 110% while managing key accounts in Jiangsu Province Hospital. Transitioning to GenScript in August 2012, Tammy served as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, collaborating closely with the CEO to successfully fulfill three CXO-level openings. Since April 2019, Tammy has held the position of HRBP Director at both ProBio and GenScript ProBio, focusing on talent organization development, recruitment, retention strategies, and incentive planning in partnership with the senior leadership team and the finance department. Tammy holds two Master's degrees in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Nanjing University.
