Ada Cao

Ada Cao has accumulated extensive experience in payroll and recruitment across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Payroll & Option Expert at GenScript since October 2018, responsibilities include managing quarterly and annual bonus calculations for over 2,000 employees and handling global mobility payroll arrangements and tax filings for international assignees. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Recruiter at Cargill from June 2015 to October 2018 and as a Consultant at Vastsea Human Resource Group from April 2011 to May 2015. Ada Cao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Nanjing Normal University, completed in 2011.
