Carol Xia is a skilled sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as District Sales Lead and previously as Business Development Manager at GenScript since July 2021, Carol has also held various sales and technical roles within GenScript Europe and GenScript. Prior to this, Carol gained valuable experience as a Sales Account Manager at Antibodyplus and held research positions at UMass Boston and Dana Farber / Harvard Cancer Center, focusing on novel drug synthesis and cancer research. Carol holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, both from UMass Boston, and has demonstrated teaching abilities through roles as a lecturer and tutor in chemistry and mathematics.
