Chenjie Yang

Chenjie (Kathy) Yang, Ph.D., serves as the Head of Sales & Tech Support for the Life Science Group at GenScript since August 2012, having held various leadership and management positions including Director and Regional Business Manager, where responsibilities included managing strategic business development and overseeing technical account teams. Prior experience includes a post-doctoral research associate role at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine focused on stem cell-derived exosomes and their effects, as well as extensive research as a Graduate Research Assistant involving exosome characterization and immune response studies. Chenjie (Kathy) Yang holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Zhejiang University, supplemented by education from The Wharton School and Harvard Extension School.
