Chuan Sun

Chuan (Eric) Sun is an experienced operational and production support lead at GenScript, responsible for building a team to enhance production and operational activities. With a strong focus on cost control and standardization, Chuan has held several managerial positions, including Sr. Manager of gene synthesis production, where oversight of a 25-member team included generating KPI reports, leading robotics optimization, and maintaining client relationships. Chuan's previous roles in molecular biology and production processes demonstrate expertise in project management, quality assurance, and training initiatives. Educationally grounded with a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Chuan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutics from Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
