Curtis Yingling, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Technical Account Manager at GenScript since October 2023 and as President of Emergent Bioscience since August 2023. Previously, Curtis worked as a Research and Development Consultant at Clara Biotech from December 2021 to July 2023, guiding the team in the development and validation of products focused on the isolation of pure extracellular vesicles. Curtis has also held the position of Senior Scientist, leading similar R&D efforts in product validation for extracellular vesicles. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in Cell Biology and Anatomy from Upstate Medical University, conferred in 2021, and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from The University of Kansas, completed in 2014. Research activities include significant work on the role of FHOD formin in muscle cell growth in C. elegans during doctoral studies and neuron migration defects during undergraduate research.
