Nilojan Jehanathan

Nilojan Jehanathan is a Field Application Scientist at GenScript since June 2023, specializing in protein analysis, purification, and plasmid purification automation. Previously served as a Research Scientist at CryoVeritas, Inc., concentrating on melting point-depressed time-temperature indicators, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the ASU Biodesign Institute, developing LC-MS assays and alternative plate reader assays. Experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Lab Manager at ASU School of Molecular Sciences, overseeing laboratory operations and instructional responsibilities, and as a Research Assistant at the Fish Vaccine Research Center, where Nilojan focused on immunogenetics and vaccine development. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biochemistry from Arizona State University, an MS in Marine Molecular Genetics from Jeju National University, and a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Colombo.
