Yang Xiang

Yang Xiang serves as the Lead Field Application Scientist at GenScript since April 2023, bringing extensive expertise in various scientific fields including mRNA, gene editing, and antibody discovery. Prior roles include Director at RVAC Medicines, where Yang set up and led an RNA process development team, and Chief Technology Officer at ABclonal Technology, focusing on protein engineering and immunology. Yang also held a Director position at ABclonal Technology, where responsibilities included establishing lab facilities and overseeing innovation projects. As a Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School, Yang concentrated on RNA biology and cancer-related studies. Yang holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Institute of Biochemistry & Cell Biology, Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, and completed a research fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
