Jonathan Breen

As the Lifestyle Studio Director in Gensler’s London office, Jonathan leads teams of retail, hospitality, and mixed use & retail centers experts delivering projects across the U.K., Europe, and the Middle East. With over twenty years of experience leading and delivering retail, residential, hospitality, and entertainment driven mixed-use projects throughout world, he thrives on helping his teams to function more effectively. He utilises his skills as a strong communicator to help clients and stakeholders articulate their needs, understand their culture, and build their business.

Jonathan is a graduate of the USC School of Architecture, a registered architect in California, LEED AP, and a member of the AIA UK and the UK Green Building Council. He has led research projects and spoken on many topics related to the mixed-use, retail, and residential industries, hosting panel discussions and roundtables on how to create vibrant mixed-use environments.
