Liam Randall is a Wayfinding and User Experience Specialist with 15 years of experience, including 12 years in the U.S. They have a strong background in design, having worked as a Design Director and Senior Designer at City ID, where they contributed significantly to multi-modal wayfinding systems in cities like Birmingham and New York City. Currently, Liam is a Design Director at Gensler, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to create user-focused, design-driven spaces. Liam holds a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design from the University of the West of England, where they graduated with first-class honors.
