Nigel Lea

Nigel Lea is a Design Director at Gensler, where they lead various architectural initiatives. Nigel studied architecture at the University of Edinburgh and Oxford Polytechnic School of Architecture. Previously, they served as a Director at Conran and Partners from 2010 to 2015, overseeing a diverse portfolio that included projects in mixed-use regeneration and masterplanning across multiple regions. Prior to that role, Nigel held a directorship at RMJM’s London Studio, contributing to significant regeneration projects in Europe and the UK, and they also accumulated valuable experience at Eric Parry Architects. Additionally, Nigel worked internationally as a Project Architect in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on sustainable development initiatives.
