Clair Bragg began their career in 1986 as a Field Service Engineer for Finnigan Mat, where they traveled throughout the North East and USA installing and repairing GC and GC/MS instruments, with Ion Traps as their specialty. clair also traveled to Japan for Finnigan many times for 2-3 week periods. In 1996, they became President of GenTech Scientific.

Clair Bragg attended DeVry University from 1981 to 1983, earning a Technician Diploma in Electronics.
