Chris Pearson

Vice President Strategy And Corporate Development at Gentex Corp.

Chris Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Chris began their career as a Project Manager at PGI (now Procurian) in 1996, where they worked until 1998. After that, they joined Schering-Plough as part of their Strategic Sourcing team in Clinical Research from 1997 to 1998. In 1999, Chris moved to Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and served as an Associate Director of Clinical Research Central Contracting until 2001. In 2003, they co-founded Sound Innovations Inc, a company focused on solving hearing protection and communication issues in the military and aviation markets. Chris was the CEO of Sound Innovations until 2014 when the company was acquired. Following the acquisition, Chris joined Gentex, where they held various senior roles including Director of Strategy and Analysis, Senior Director of Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO, and currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development.

Chris Pearson attended Swarthmore College from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Chris then pursued further education at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2001 to 2003, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and General Management.
