Cindy Beyer

Cindy Beyer has a extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Cindy started their career as an Industrial Engineer at Gentex Corporation in 2004 and then worked as a Quality Engineer. Cindy later became a Production Quality Engineering Manager and eventually a Senior Customer Quality Engineering Manager. In 2021, they took on the role of a Senior Corporate Laboratory Manager before being promoted to Director of Quality - Conformance in 2023. Prior to joining Gentex Corporation, they worked as a Process Engineer at Pilkington for a brief period in 2004.

Cindy Beyer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from Ferris State University in 2004. Cindy then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same university, completing it in 2010.
