Jason Tolbert

Jason Tolbert is an experienced Requirements Engineer, currently serving as Requirements Engineer III at Gentex Corporation since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jason held multiple engineering positions at GHSP, including Requirements Engineer III, Software Requirements Engineer, and Software Test Engineer II from October 2015 to July 2024, and worked as a Functional Validation Engineer at Visteon Corporation from August 2013 to September 2015. Earlier career stages include roles as an Embedded Software Test Engineer at Gentex Corporation, a Lead Software Test Engineer at Johnson Controls Inc, and various internships. Jason has also been a Varsity Assistant Football Coach at Byron Center Public Schools since August 2012. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Kettering University in 2007.
