Miranda Dekuiper

Miranda DeKuiper currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing at Velo3D since May 2025. Previously, Miranda has held various positions at Gentex Corporation, including Engineering Manager for Supplier Quality and Production Manager, as well as a Value Stream Manager at Medtronic. Miranda's experience spans over a decade in manufacturing and engineering roles, including leadership in production efficiency, quality assurance, and continuous improvement projects. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hope College, Miranda has cultivated expertise in project management, team leadership, and operational enhancements throughout a diverse career in the manufacturing sector.
