Crystal Mao has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director for Asia and Talent Center of Excellence and Global HR Director for the Electronics Business Unit at Gentherm since April 2015. In this role, Crystal is responsible for developing HR and talent strategies globally, focusing on organizational optimization, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Prior to this, Crystal held various HR and administrative positions at Gentherm, Geodis Wilson, and Huawei Technologies, beginning with roles in marketing and administration. Crystal holds a Master's degree in Language and Negotiation of International Projects from University Paul Valery Montpellier III in France and a Bachelor's degree in English from Hunan University of Arts and Science.
